Today marks new additions to Microsoft's Games with Gold program, giving two new games to Xbox Live Gold members for free. Just as the company announced last month, the games on offer are Nightschool Studio's 2.5D supernatural adventure game, Oxenfree for Xbox One, and DICE's combined arms shooter, Battlefield 3 for Xbox 360. Thanks to backward compatibility, the latter is also accessible on Xbox One consoles.

It does, however, seem like Microsoft is having some trouble making the games free this week; as of publishing, Battlefield 3 has seemingly disappeared from its store page.

Any Xbox One owners who missed out on the Forza Motorsport 5: Racing Game of the Year Edition from the last Games with Gold promotion can still grab it until September 30. Note that only claimed Xbox 360 games will continue to be playable if the Gold subscription is cancelled, unlike claimed Xbox One games, which are only accessible with an ongoing subscription.
