Call of Duty: WWII revealing a lot more about its campaign very soon

4.4
After so much talk about Call of Duty: WWII‘s multiplayer and Zombies co-op mode, Sledgehammer Games is finally giving WWII’s single-player some attention with a week of campaign reveals.

A recent post to the official Call of Duty Twitter account announced four days worth of single-player reveals, starting next week on Monday, September 18th. Based on the simplistic descriptions in the accompanying image, the first day will bring fans a new story trailer, the second day will introduce us to “the squad”, the third day will feature a breakdown of the Allied movement at large, and the last day will show how the real battles and history of World War II have translated to the campaign.

Preliminary details on WWII‘s story campaign surfaced around the game’s reveal, including who we will fight alongside and what settings we will visit. We also learned about some major gameplay shifts coming in this new installment, such as the campaign’s abandonment of regenerating health.

Call of Duty: WWII launches November 3rd on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. Console players already got to try the game out in their previous multiplayer beta, but PC players only recently got their WWII beta dated for September 29th.

Hurleh I think the campaign will be well good given its WW2, WAW campaign was one of my favourites

I don't see how the time it's set would affect the quality of the campaign at all but ok.

It just makes it feel more immersive, knowing they are following an actual timeline of events. Instead of made up on what seems to be a whim. Personally, I've liked all of them up until after blops 2. Hope this one is good.

It's down to everybodies preference I suppose, my favourite was black ops 2 lol.

I really hope the campaign is amazing. It's the only thing about COD's that I enjoy anymore.
