The release of the much awaited Xbox One X is fast approaching and the hype that it’s currently getting cannot be contained. While the platform is now the preferred choice for most likely for multiplatform games due to its promise of native 4K resolution and its improved frame rate, the problem it has is the number of exclusive games people will be able to play this year.

Truth be told, there isn’t a lot coming on Xbox One for 2017, though there are still some you can look forward to in the remaining months of 2017. Here they are:

Forza Motorsport 7

One of the games to really try out the promised native 4K of the upcoming Xbox One X is Forza Motorsport 7. Based from what was revealed by Turn 10, the upcoming Forza Motorsport 7 will feature native 4k resolution at 60 frames per second. The game is said to feature over 700 cars, including Lamborghini, Porsche, Ferrari, Mercedes and a lot more. Compared to the 450 cars in Forza Motorsport 6, car enthusiasts will be pleased with Forza Motorsport 7 when it launches this October 3rd.

PlayerUnknown’s Battleground

Selling over seven million early access copies on Steam, Microsoft is bringing the critically acclaimed shooter on Xbox One sometime in 2017. While not much information is unveiled for the Xbox One version, BlueHole is hoping that the console version will capture the same magic found in the PC version. PlayerUnknown’s Battleground is a must have for fans of open-world competitive shooting.

Super Lucky’s Tale

Gamers who are not fond of racing games or shooters, there’s this platforming game called Super Lucky’s Tale. This game is said to be inspired by platformers like Banjo-Kazooie on the Nintendo 64. Based on the information provided, it seems that this is the game platformer fans should look forward to this coming November 7. It releases alongside the Xbox One X!

Cuphead

Another platformer called Cuphead is scheduled for release this September and it’s one of those games many are anticipating ever since it was released back in E3 2014. Its hand-drawn levels and characters from old school 1930s animation style are the main highlights of this game. According to Microsoft, this game’s focus is platforming with epic boss fights and the character – Cuphead.
