Significant changes are possibly coming to Xbox Live’s reputation

It looks like some rather significant changes are coming to Xbox One in the future. There’s a post by Mike Ybarra floating around which may offer some insight into the changes. Hopefully this isn’t some elaborate hoax. For example, your reputation won’t affect your ability to play online. You’ll just be banned from communicating if there are too many reports against you. Hopefully this means that permanent bans from accounts will be lifted because if you’re permanently banned, you lose all access to digital games. No matter how severe you communication offense is, no one should be banned forever because that’s thousands of dollars lost and countless gaming hours.
We have even better news too though. It looks like you’ll soon be able to view patch notes on a game’s website when you notice that there’s an update available. Many Xbox Insiders are saying that they have the ability to do so with the recent update. This is great news because I’m always curious what these updates do rather than having to test them out myself and desperately searching for patch notes which usually aren’t even published on time. I feel like they should do something about accounts that have been perma banned for joining a modded lobby on accident. Like instead of permanently it should be like a year or two. bc i spent more than just thousands of dollars on my account. I Just want my games back :/ All cods + DLC. All FIFAs, All Battlefields +DLC. Almost every game you could think of i had. IDk i feel like they should still let you sign into XBL so you still could use your games. And before comment on this saying " Shouldve read the Code of Conduct" shut up, bc you know damn well you have not read the code of conduct.
I had 69 Communication Reports from callings kids some trash at Rainbow Six and using a few acronyms with non-harassing terms, and now just recently received a 100 day com ban on my main + 2 week acc ban + console ban. I seriously hope they do implement some sort of change to their "Enforcement Policies." I've reported kids who talked mad trash, and they did NOT get no ban, but then here I am tryna not be banned, call kids trash, and a few acronyms like foh, gtfo, etc, and receive a pretty harsh punishment.
