Modern Warfare Remastered Finally A Standalone Xbox One Release Date

4.3
After much grumbling from fans, Activision finally relented and decoupled Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered from Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare last month, releasing the former as a standalone game. Unfortunately, the solo version of Modern Warfare Remastered was only released for PlayStation 4 – PC and Xbox One versions were promised for some time in the future, but no date was given.

Well, Xbox One owners won’t be waiting much longer. Activision still hasn’t officially announced a date for Modern Warfare Remastered on Xbox One, but it seems GameStop has decided to go ahead and jump the gun. According to this listing, the game hits Xbox One arrives on July 27, exactly a month after the PS4 version…

GameStop doesn’t have a PC listing for Modern Warfare Remastered yet, but you can probably safely assume it will come out at the same time as the Xbox One version.

They're trying so much to milk every penny they can from this game. Whoever wanted this game, got it along with Infinite Warfare. The only audience they'd be reaching is the players who didn't want to spend the amount of money the stupid double game package cost. Lol.

Even though I was a sucker and already bought it as a package deal I need to tell my friend to pick this up from work so we can play something together.

Maj Why even bother? The games coming towards the end of its life cycle. Should have been done from Day 1

because activision wants to milk the game dry for every penny they can get for the game.
