Open beta announced for Ghost Recon Wildlands’ PvP mode

Ubisoft has announced that the long-promised PvP mode for Ghost Recon Wildlands, Ghost War, will be added to the game via a free update this fall.

Before that though, Ubisoft will be holding an open beta for the mode on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC later this summer.

Ghost War is a 4v4 team deathmatch that allows players to choose from a roster of specialized classes—including Scout, Sniper, Tank, and more—each with its own strengths, weaknesses, and dedicated perks. Players will then take these classes out into open-environment maps, ranging from mountains and deserts to jungles and forests, in all kinds of weather and all times of day.
