Following today’s awesome Call of Duty: WWII panel, Activision has released a batch of fresh new screenshots for the forthcoming Zombies mode of the game, as well as some additional details in terms of what to expect from the characters and the forthcoming mode.

First off, wow. Check out the Zombies screenshots in the attached gallery. It looks like these guys mean some serious business, especially with their rebuilt frames and insatiable appetite for human flesh. Make sure you bring plenty of firepower to deal with them.

Sledgehammer Games also provided some first information on the characters in the game, including Ving Rhames (Jefferson Potts), David Tennant (Drostan Hynd), Elodie Yung (Olivia Durant) and Katheryn Winnick (Marie Fischer). Their descriptions are below:
