The Division PTS invites for Xbox One and PS4 being sent out

3.9
The Division‘s Public Test Server has previously only been available on PC, but it is now finally coming to consoles with the second build of the game’s 1.7 update.

Ubisoft confirmed on Twitter that invites have already been sent to Xbox One and PlayStation 4 players in Europe, with North and South American invites set to go out later today.

Invites are limited to just 20,000 players across both consoles, with the pool of potential players including people who have played in the last month and are at end game. Successful players will get an email with a code to download the PTS client.

This version of the PTS will include the new Global Events system, the Commendations and Patches system, new Classified Gear Sets, and the ability for players to change their character’s face.

Finally, the 1.7 update PTS introduces new Encrypted Caches to the game. These new boxes are obtained from the Premium Vendor and contain unique appearance items, emotes and skins. Cipher Keys are needed to open Encrypted Caches, which can either be obtained with real money or by finding 10 key fragments in the game world.

Never really liked The Division. It was actually kind of boring.

This looks great. I've never been a major fan of the division but jumping into a new game mode is just what i need.

Would love to be a beta tester for other games. Not mad about the division though so dont expect much

This will be good for people on consoles who've been wanting to test things out now before release, hopefully Blizzard do the same for Overwatch.
