Modern Warfare Remastered standalone will be available on Xbox One soon

Activision, the publisher of the Call of Duty franchise, has announced that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered will be available as a standalone game on Xbox One soon, with no fixed data so far set for the console.

Previously, those wishing to get their hands on the remastered edition of Modern Warfare had to purchase Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare Legacy, Legacy Pro or Digital Deluxe editions. This standalone edition will include the singleplayer campaign, as well as 16 multiplayer maps, including being in HD.

First releasing for PlayStation 4 on June 27th, it is said to be coming to Xbox One at a later time. The game will come priced at $39.99.

Pro I actually cannot wait for this , always loved the modern warfare call of dutys!

Like others said, save your money it's really not worth it. I ended up game sharing with a buddy a month ago and he had MWR, it doesn't really feel like a remaster but more like a beta with more guns and stuff. Knowing what it's like I wouldn't pay more than 10, plus I only expected it to be $30 or under

Should be out at the same time as PS4. But still atleast it's here standalone. Still think it doesn't feel the same as a few years ago.

I think it's gross what they've done to this game with the micro transactions. And for $40+tax you are better off buying IW+MWR for the same price.
