Watch a New Xbox One X Assembled Component by Component

4.5
Today, during Microsoft’s Xbox Daily Live coverage, the house of Xbox showcased something rather special.

General Manager of Xbox Hardware Developent Leonardo Del Castillo assembled one of the newly revealed Xbox One S consoles from the motherboard up component by component in front of the camera, accompanied by Xbox Live Director of Programming Larry “Major Nelson” Hryb.

Del Castillo also does a great job explaining what each major component does, and why certain design choices have been taken. Thanks to him we get an extensive look on the inside of what is being dubbed as the most powerful console ever built.

Looking at all the components sliding into pieces certainly makes it easier to understand why the Xbox One X is the “densest” console ever engineered by Microsoft.

Maj Its crazy how much power such a small console has

It's funny to think that the most powerful computer in the world used to take up two entire rooms, and now we have 10x that power that can fit inside a small enclosure and give us performance like this lol

Its awesome how much is actually goes into the console, considering it's size.

Surprising what they managed to pack into a smaller shell.

It's cool to be walked through how the console is put together. Quite impressive putting everything into such a small space.
