EA’s E3 press conference delivered thrills with a new trailer for Need for Speed Payback, available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Origin on November 10th, 2017.

Tyler, Jess, and Marc, affectionately known as “the crew,” are back to deal with more high-octane drama from The House. The footage shows off the Highway Heist mission from the single-player campaign, which has Tyler and Jess speeding through a busy desert roadway to catch up with The House’s transport.

The mission is filled with slow-motion camera shots of crashes along the road, reminiscent of Burnout’s takedown cam, which lead to an explosive escape in The House’s tech-filled car. Hopefully, a cockpit camera will be available again for this segment to take a peek at what’s going on in the car.

Need for Speed Payback will feature city and mountain settings in the most diverse open world seen in the franchise. One of the many returning features is the vehicle customization, which can turn a scrap into supercars.
