Hackers defeat latest MS game protection with new exploit

4.1
The bad news for MS is that their latest game protection has been exploited. The good news for MS is that requires a bit of effort! This hack essentially allows tech savvy 360 owners to run Fable 3 with the new Xbox 12611 update. Keep reading for a little more information on the process that this exploioit uses.

First, you will need a little chip, the x360SED v1.0 x360SED has been created by Soulheaven, membre of logic-sunrise.com forums. How does it work you may ask?

- Install x360SED between the Xbox 360 motherboard, and the drive. Solder only one wire (easy solder) on the Xbox 360 Pad synchronisation, on the console.
- Install Fable III using an original or a backuped game on the official Xbox 360 HDD
- Insert Fable III in the drive, and wait the picture appears
- Push the button synchronisation to eject the drive (using the x360SED exploit)
- Insert any original game, and push again the button synchronisation
- Hit A, and the game is launched

We hackers will always find a way around security. Our attack will always be better than all of their defenses.

PatmanFtw No matter what MS, Activision or any other companies do, people are still going to learn how to exploit it.

As their security adapts, so will the modders.
