Call of Duty: Black Ops now banned in Germany!

As we have come to expect Germany has banned yet another shooter from market, this time it's the European version of Call of Duty: Black Ops! Germans will get their own version of the game minus the offensive content which includes a song by the Rolling Stones 'Sympathy for the Devil'. Gamers importing the uncensored copy of Black Ops will find that Steam will only activate localised copies of the game meaning alternative solutions may have to be found.
German consumers hoping to get their hands on the PC version of the upcoming Call of Duty: Black Ops will not be able to play PAL versions imported from other EU territories.

The strict censorship laws in the country mean that many games – and particularly those with an historical military setting – have to undergo strict checks regarding their use of insignia and depictions of war.

So first of all in Germany you can only get a Steam activation of Black ops for the German and the Austrian Version. The only difference between UK Version and AT Version is that it contains no Swastikas cuz they are forbidden. This only affects the PC, Xbox and PS3 can play whatever they want. So GTFO you little racist dumba**es. And we dont hate music. The banning has nothing to do with a music track.

It's also annoying to play with germans in halo 3. They don't curse or anything all they do is just scream their heads off.
