“A young magician is sent by his king to investigate the strange happenings on the Island of No Return,” the game’s description reads. “Armed with his sword and his natural talent as a sorcerer, Cain attempts to be the first person to return from the island alive.
“Legend has it that the island is inhabited by numerous beasts, enormous dragons, and magical items that were supposed to be buried long ago. As Cain, you must solve several baffling scenarios and defend yourself while you search for the magic ring.”
The game will be available from the PlayStation Store from tomorrow, May 23rd, and, as with previous PS2-on-PS4 games, will feature upscaled graphics and support for trophies, share play, and remote play.
Last week, Square Enix revealed that another PlayStation 2 classic, Star Ocean: Til the End of Time, will also be coming to PlayStation 4 this week.
