This is really confusing! People were saying it's out on the 4th of November, then they said the 28th of October and now its out today? Please someone clearly explain what day it come out.

what does it mean by "a warning telling those using drive firmware modifications not to update just yet due to unspecified issues/protections preventing certain games from loading."
