During Electronic Arts’ quarterly conference call for investors and analysts, Chief Financial Officer Blake Jorgensen provided the company’s estimate for the installed base of current generation consoles by the end of the year.

According to Jorgensen, Electronic Arts expects sales of current generation consoles to continue to be strong, reaching 105 million units combined by the end of calendar year 2017, up from 79 million units combined at the end of 2016.

Later in the call, CEO Andrew Wilson clarified that the forecast does not include the Nintendo Switch, mentioning that whatever numbers Nintendo will manage to sells, they will be additive to this estimate.

Jorgensen also mentioned that Electronic Arts expects PC gaming to decline slightly, and mobile to grow during the current year.
