GT5 slips, but still on for “holiday season”

Gran Turismo 5 has been delayed. Again. No joke.

Sony’s announced that the Polyphony sim is still on for a holiday release, but release in early November in North America and Europe as announced at E3 it will not.

“We sincerely apologize to GT fans for the delay,” SCEA producer Taku Imasaki wrote on PlayStation Blog, “however, creator Kazunori Yamauchi and the team at Polyphony Digital want to make certain they are creating the perfect racing experience, and we are confident that this ambitious game will exceed expectations when it launches.”

“We’ll have more information for you in the near future.”

And that’s that.

A new date is expected to be announced before month’s end.

yeah, except there are allot of racing game fans... including me and allot of other people. It's like saying, nobodys gonna play Black Ops, except for CoD fans.

No one even plays Gran Turismo anymore. All this game I feel like was good for was opening the gateway to other driving games to emerge. I'm sorry but Forza is where it's at. Sean you should make a article on Forza 4 and a Forza Section in the Xbox General Games section. That topic would be PACKED. Let me know if you do.
