Mass Effect: Andromeda videos show some of the conversation options

4.5
Here’s couple of Mass Effect: Andromeda gameplay videos which take a look at some of the conversation options available to the player. As always, proceed with caution if you wish to go into the game fresh.

In the Mass Effect: Andromeda gameplay video above, the player encounters the Tempest and Vetra Nyx for the first time.

After a couple of scripted scenes, the Pathfinder has a quick chat with the Turian who seems to have a persuasive way about her. You’ll see for yourself in the video.

As you can see, this video introduces the player to the Tempest’s virtual assistant Avina. She can’t answer complex questions, for example: “Where is the landing party located,” as her code is limited to information and simple interaction simulations.

The introduction to Avina is a short tutorial of sorts, as she has a set selection of pre-programmed responses.

All conversation gameplay seen in both videos was captured on PlayStation 4 from the early-access section of the game. This is what will be available on EA Access and Origin Access ahead of release and playable for ten hours.

Mass Effect: Andromeda will be released on March 21 in North America and March 23 in Europe.
