Infinite Warfare and Modern Warfare Remastered pre-load live on Steam

4.4
Activision has made Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare and Modern Warfare Remastered available for pre-load on Steam, a couple of days before the launch on Friday.

The pre-load is available to anyone who pre-purchased the game, and the combined size for both is pretty big. Infinite Warfare is just over 74GB. As for Modern Warfare Remastered, it’s split between two downloads, one for the single-player at 44.87GB and another for multiplayer that’s 25.11GB – for a total of around 70GB.

So, if you’re a Legacy or Legacy Pro edition owner, you’re looking at a just below 140GB of downloads. Since the pre-load went live last night, there may not be enough time for some players to grab everything, so you’d best choose one of the two to download first.

It’s also worth noting that, more than likely, you’ll need both parts of the Modern Warfare Remastered package before it lets you play either. That’s how it usually is with Call of Duty games every year, unless Activision finally changed things this year.

Infinite Warfare and Modern Warfare Remastered release this Friday on PC, PS4, and Xbox One.

140gb jeez I don't even have the room for it on my pc

That's crazy for two games if I didn't have a external hard drive I'd have to delete a lot just to get these games

Grimlock damn, 74gbs is a lot. i only have around 200gb left but ill be getting this on xbox one so thank lord.

Too bad it's 130+gb on xbox one if you want the modern warfare remaster which I assume you do because no one is buying the game for just infinite warfare.

Really excited for Cod4 I don't care how much they changed about the game.

I'm waiting for this price drop to go down in the January Sales. Not too bad of a size for a download for the game.

FriskyPanda No one shouldn't be purchasing this. They aren't doing mid night releases therefore if we wait they will be forced to sell MWRM separately

Dude like really it's only $80 for 2 games and zombies. if they sold it separately it would be $40 anyways so you are not saving much money and plus you are crazy if you think I'm waiting when no good games are out right now

Get out of here with your logic. This is only a place to hate COD. /s

Exactly lol. Most people act like there is some crazy movement starting to make CoD die yet BO3 is the most sold game on both current gen consoles by more than 2 million more copies than second place. The franchise isn't dying and honestly tons of people are hyped af for one or both of the games. It's a ton of content for $80:
15 hour IW campaign with 31 missions.
IW Multiplayer
Zombies in Spaceland (which looks dope af)
4-5 hour MWR campaign
MWR multiplayer featuring 20 prestiges plus all the nostalgia you could want (including old sound effects and voices)

What is not a good deal about the $80 bundle?
