You can play the Battlefield 1 beta without PlayStation Plus

4.6
The Battlefield 1 open beta kicks off on Wednesday, August 31 worldwide on all platforms and there is good news for PlayStation 4 players. PlayStation 4 players will not need an active PlayStation Plus membership in order to play the Battlefield 1 open beta.

The confirmation comes via Twitter by the official Battlefield account when a player said they did not have an active PlayStation Plus membership.

For now there is no word if you will need Xbox Live Gold to play the beta.

Game is fantastic looks and feels amazing. My second day on the beta this is the killer of all competition this year for the shooters thus far. The only competition will probably be COD 4 remastered lol, Becasuse Infinite warfare looks like a joke. lol
