Pokemon Go Launches in Twenty-Six New Countries, Servers Crash Again

Pokemon Go is now available in twenty-six new countries, and the amount of downloads because of this has caused servers to crash in both Europe and the US.

Niantic announced on Facebook that the following territories would be receiving Pokemon Go access: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, and Switzerland.

Having previously launched with the same issues in the US when it first became available, Niantic has stated,

Due to the incredible number of Pokémon GO downloads, some Trainers are experiencing server connectivity issues. Don’t worry, our team is on it!

Trying to connect to the Pokemon Go servers has been quite difficult for me over the past couple of days but it's understandable considering the game is relatively new with millions of players.

So that's why the servers crashed. Some hacker group was trying to claim responsibility for the outage. lol

Just hope they fix the nearby glitch along with the glitch where they get stuck in the pokeball and the app freezes.
