My series this winter, is my "Winter Demon Arc" as I try to get as big and strong as possible as I can, before I cut the fat and tone up in the upcoming spring. Watch me transform every other day with at least 3-4 full length videos, and several short videos uploaded to the channel, every week!

Episode 4 is out now! Training style will be leaning more towards powerlifting, but also adding in accesory movements, that should help with muscular endurance, and also announced, I belive this week, I will be starting my bulk for the winter!
