Two Things: 2nd thing, really isnt THAT deep, promise

One: In this vdeo I am excited to show you guys some workouts I was able to do when I wasnt able to make it to the gym the other day. It was a push day. Have a few upgrades, just small stuff including a cable pulley system as shown in video.

Two:I am just genuinely curious, does anyone watch or care about my content?

When I post it on here, does it bug anyone? Do you ever watch?

Does anyone watch consistent? I am just curious

Feels good to see the growth keep happening. Hoping to hit 400 by the end of the month.
