Going over a few important things in todays video. Hoping to hit my goal of 3 uploads every week, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fidays. I am also hoping to release shorts in between along the other content on my other social media pages, which are linked down below. I meant to tell you guys my working set numbers in the last part of the video. I wanted you guys to see now, and in the future, how much has actually changed.
Deadlift - Working Sets were 135 pounds
Squat - Working Sets were about 95 pounds
Bench Pres - this one hurts, but my working sets were 85 pounds
These numbers, were my working sets, -10 rep range, when I first got back in the gym. My CURRENT WORKING SET NUMBERS, REP RANGE 6-8 ARE AS FOLLOWS
Deadlift - 160 pounds
Squat - 110 pounds
Bench Press - 100 pounds
