I keep having diarrhea for the last 3 weeks and it's bumming me out because how often I need to sit on the toilet, I mostly have San Pellegrino's and Costco chicken/cheese quesadillas for my meals everyday, do you think fiber would help get rid of the issue or could I be suffering from IBS. Thanks

i mean, i was having a bunch of issues with my stomach and digestive tract for a good 3 months, turned out i have Crohn's Disease haha so yeah, i dont know man lol

Definitely change your diet! Give it a week with a good diet and if it's the same then definitely go and get it checked
