I have a game concept, it's rather simple but I think it will take a lot of work to create because I want to eventually make it into a multiplayer online game.

Whit that said, I need someone who can script and or someone who can design custom graphics.

It's more than opening unity and slapping some graphics and code together.

I would recommend having a solid plan, You will need to find which software is best for you (there is a few out now), Then learn the software. You must understand it to a T, At this point if you don't know C# or C++ then I would suggest learning the basics.

That's just the beginning, There are so many variables with time, money, backing and resources. If you have all of this I would say go for it but as someone who has been on many development teams and contributions you want to have a plan and a way to provide funds.
