If I do the payment plan of 29.99$ a month for the Xbox all access, can I eventually pay the whole Xbox off before the 24 months are up?

This option simply includes two years of Xbox Live + Game Pass along with the Xbox itself and would still take 24 months to pay off.

Okay thank you I wasn't sure if I could pay it off ahead of time like a 2 year plan on a cell phone.

YES

"You can make an additional payment on your loan in excess of your regularly scheduled monthly payment amount."
