Yes but my review will just disappear. They would delete it or if not it will disappear cause customers will be commenting daily.

And with the reporting part, hitting the red flag does it even do anything? I've been told that it does nothing and staff don't even look into things.

Best way to do it. Show What happened give an admin a message show proof of what happened it'll be dealt with accordingly by the staff. If it shown to be real I can assure you admin will deal with it properly. As all trusted sellers are held to very high standard.

Pick an admin from this list and PM them about your situation, But yes reporting them will give all the mods a notification and they will see your report.

Then whoever "told" you is an idiot. The mods literally have only have one task, moderating.
