I mean how much smoke are you talking about? It really depends on which color it is and the amount. More flow with those headers and exhaust mean you could benefit from a tune to adjust your fuel accordingly, but otherwise you should be fine.

it's not a crazy amount of smoke, it happens mainly at idle and when the car is warming up, and right after that. its a clear white smoke and there really is no smell to it anymore since all the oils have burned off. I am tuned for 93 octane.

You will see the steam from condensation upon start up and that's normal,if it's gone when warm you're good to go. If its still there (probably less because the condensation will be gone) after the car has reached operating temperature then you have other issues. The 2 most probable would be burning oil or coolant. Oil tends to have a blue hue to it, however both times I had oil burning issues it was just enough to be visible but not enough to see the blue so all I seen was that faint white cloud.

I'm not familiar with that brand of header, however a lot of places will coat their parts in a thin layer of oil so it may take a little bit for all that to burn off. You might also notice a burning smell if you really giver her the beans but that should wear off after a few thousand miles.
