Full body workouts is a waste of time, you only can workout intense for about an hour before you run out of energy (unless ur a pro bodybuilder) so to workout ur whole body in one hour plus u will have rests in between sets it's not possible. Do 2 muscles in one workout.

Day 1 - chest and shoulders
Day 2 - back and arms
Day 3 - legs and abs.

I do that routine and repeat it, I do a rest day simply when I feel I need a rest.

Check out my YouTube channel you may find some useful videos to help you.

IMO Full body workouts do not have good results for hypertrophy training. Upper/Lower at most because by the time you reach your lets say 8th exercise you're gonna be exhausted if you're really training hard/close to failure. Do some people get good results from full body ? Sure but for the majority of people I would say there are better options. Unless you truly only have 3 days to go to the gym, I would pick something else.

Keep these questions in mind and go from there

1. What are your goals ? Strength ? Hypertrophy ?
2. Availability for the gym ? 3 days ? 4 days ? 5 days ?
3. What program/split do you enjoy the best ?

Def check out @hypertrophycoach on IG. He has a subscription service full of several programs you can pick and choose from that includes tracking for your progression.
