Nope. Not the weight lifting type. But I will go jog / walk - walk my dog. and do basic stuff like push ups planks and sit ups.

Bodyweight is the best to use imo. Dont need no extra stuff

Ugh, I was for a while but ended up out of the swing of things and stuffing my face with any unhealthy food I can get my hands on
