Nope. Not the weight lifting type. But I will go jog / walk - walk my dog. and do basic stuff like push ups planks and sit ups. |

I am just curious to do weightlifting. But I cannot do it. I just exercise twice daily in the morning and evening. And take healthy food without fats and carbohydrates and take proteins daily which is On Whey protein. |
