This request may prove difficult but I have figured out how to permanently mod your clothing in Lost Judgment. I haven't been successful in implementing it during story mode and have only gotten it working in Premium Adventure as of now. I need a premium adventure save that has little to no side quests and school stories completed. This is obviously so you can experience all side content in clothes of your liking. Here are a couple of screenshots. Keep in mind you can change your clothes once per region. I can explain more about that later.
