There's no evidence that blue light glasses will help with eye strain. It's pretty much very clever marketing.
Your best bet is to backlight the source of the incoming light. I have some LED's pointing towards the wall so the area I'm looking at is well backlit so the light isn't just from the monitor but also, the surrounding walls. |
