Flashcards, flashcards and more flashcards. Learn anatomy and the different functions of the muscles. Learn the planes of motion (hard one for me and rarely ever used in the real world). Most of the stuff is BS fluff as in 99% of the time a bicep curl while balancing on a bosu ball is unnecessary and counterproductive. NASM loves bosu balls for some reason lmao.
