| Trying to find info on Modding Diablo 3 - Reaper of Souls items and such. See that people sell items online but can't connect to online in order to accept mail. I'm trying to find out if there is a way to mod items locally even, as I only play the game offline as it is. Are there any Diablo 3 ROS Tools to mod offline saves or anything like that? |
