Long story short I messed up and reset the pc when I did I deleted windows 10 and had to download it via usb from another pc and install it. None of my drivers or updates are installed and I need help getting it back to when I received it please. I don't have internet via wifi or even the ethernet. Please help.

Best thing to do would be to ask Best Buy what Motherboard is in that PC. From there, you can go to the manufacture's website of the motherboard and download the correct drivers. You could also ask Best Buy to provide said drivers, don't know how good their support is.
