What is your budget and currency? $600-$800 us dollars

What will you use the PC for? Work and gaming. For games i would want to run games such as GTA V and DayZ at a good graphics level

Do you need a monitor? If not, what monitor(s) will you be using? I dont need monitors. As for what im going to use, a friend is giving me 2 of his but im not sure what they are.

Do you need a keyboard, mouse or other peripherals? Nope

Do you need an operating system? Nope

Will you overclock? Nope

Anything else we should know? nothing really. for the cpu cooler, ill be re-using the AIO i currently have (and dont worry, ill be applying new thermal paste lol). As for the case, i would like a see through/glass panel.

What brackets do you have for your AIO? 115x and/or AM4?

probably shouldve included that lol. but its an AM4. But with that being said, i dont mind getting a new one should it be required, which in turn would raise the budget a little. but thats fine.

Correct, less you're intending to build an entire PC from essentially the ground up again. Can't tell what needs improvement without knowing what came before.

yea im going to build this one from the ground up. but the specs are a ryzen 5 1600x, 16gb 3200 ddr4 ram, and an evga geforce gtx 1060. I know for $600-$800 this build wont be as good as this one. this one ill be doing work on it, however i also want to be able to play the games listed above on some decent settings.

I'm a little confused as to why you want to build a brand new system from scratch, rather than just upgrade some components?

However, if I was looking for an $800 right now, I'd probably get something like this;
PCPartPicker Part List

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5500 3.6 GHz 6-Core Processor ($138.98 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX ATX AM4 Motherboard ($99.99 @ Amazon)
Memory: Team T-FORCE VULCAN TUF Gaming Alliance 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3000 CL16 Memory ($55.99 @ Amazon)
Storage: Western Digital Green 960 GB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive ($74.98 @ Amazon)
Video Card: XFX Radeon RX 6600 8 GB Speedster SWFT 210 Video Card ($299.99 @ Amazon)
Case: Corsair 275R Airflow ATX Mid Tower Case ($73.45 @ Amazon)
Power Supply: SeaSonic S12III 500 W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($58.86 @ Amazon)
Total: $802.24

Personally, I would at least re-use the R5 1600x, motherboard, and RAM. Spend the majority of your budget on a nice new GPU, spend a bit on a nice case if you want something new/nicer. If your current PSU isn't great, maybe take this chance to upgrade that.

PCPartPicker Part List

Video Card: XFX Radeon RX 6700 XT 12 GB Speedster QICK 319 BLACK Video Card ($519.99 @ Amazon)
Case: Lian Li PC-O11 Dynamic ATX Full Tower Case ($154.99 @ B&H)
Power Supply: Cooler Master V Gold V2 550 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply ($80.23 @ Amazon)
Total: $755.21

Case and PSU upgrade, as well as a nice new GPU. Add another 16GB RAM if you want. If your current PSU is good enough, you could save yourself $80 and put that towards a 1TB NVMe SSD or 3TB 7200RPM HDD if you need additional storage. Alternatively, I'd put that extra money towards some nice case fans.. you'll need them with this case. Be Quiet Shadow Wings 2/Silent Wings 3 or Corsair ML would probably be the case fans I'd be choosing from. Easy enough to use your current fans for now though and upgrade those later.

Thanks for the build list man, yours are always great. To maybe clear up some confusion, Im keeping my current build, the only thing coming off of it is the AIO since im going to do a custom water loop on it. I use that PC to game and stream only. This PC is going to be for work and play. I have 2 "setups"(one where i work and one where i play). And sometimes when im done working id rather just play games on that pc rather than getting up and booting up from my main pc. Which may sound a little silly. However, i was looking to upgrade my current/main pc in a month or two so ill probably end up going with the upgrade suggestions you provided too. So about the confusion, i probably shouldve been a little more clear now that i re-read my posts lol. Thanks for the build list again man!
