So I contacted them a week ago about a issue with my prestige going back to 1 and they've not updated me or nothing about my issue

After the new season update for warzone it reset everyone back to prestige 1 said it's a Visual glitch anyone know how to fix this

I've already cleared the hard drive
Removed the account re Downloaded it
Deleted the game and re-installed it

I just want my prestige to be right I'm currently prestige 9 but says I'm prestige 1

Happened to me aswell, but it don't really matter tbh, only a level

I did the same thing last season and never got a response at all. Like they didn't even acknowledge I had submitted a support forum.

It's not just you with the issue dude. They will be more than aware of the issue and will fix it. Just think how many individual reports they've had. They won't reply to half of them I bet.
