No need to criticize OP's choice while not offering anything useful.

If you'd like some higher clocked ram, you might find modest performance gains. It's not going to come close to making or breaking your system though. Timings are more important, but don't sweat it. Just enable XMP when you install them.
GSkill DDR4 4000 M/T

For a monitor, just get any of these. I punched out a search query for you on Amazon HERE that follows this critera: 4K UHD, 120/144hz, 30-39.9 inches. Surprise surprise, they're expensive, but they're all great. Personally I'd go with a BenQ or Asus monitor.
alright il check them out thank you

At your price point, you might as well stick with a monitor that supports GSync since you already have the top performing Nvidia GPU!

Freesync works with NVidia GPU's, so a Freesync monitor would be fine and likely save you money.

With a 3090Ti, I'd be looking at a 1440p high refresh rate monitor, 3440x1440 ultrawide high refresh rate, or 4k. High refresh rate 4k is expensive, so 4k60Hz would be fine. That said, if you can afford 4k high refresh rate then why not.

4k 160Hz
4k 60Hz
3440x1440 144Hz
1440p 165Hz
