Freesync works with NVidia GPU's, so a Freesync monitor would be fine and likely save you money.
With a 3090Ti, I'd be looking at a 1440p high refresh rate monitor, 3440x1440 ultrawide high refresh rate, or 4k. High refresh rate 4k is expensive, so 4k60Hz would be fine. That said, if you can afford 4k high refresh rate then why not. 4k 160Hz 4k 60Hz 3440x1440 144Hz 1440p 165Hz |
