| So if I were to get a jtag/rgh with a stealth server and a few menus already on the console, would I need a pc to do anything? I'm looking for a console atm just to mess around and have fun on it but don't have a pc atm. Just wondering if I can still go online/offline and play with some mods on games with out the use of a pc |

I guess technically, but you're gonna want some way to manage files on the console, and most are going to suggest having a PC for this.
Doing anything like adjusting plugins, updating server files, switching servers, switching menus or tools, it all is going to require you to alter files. Realistically I'd suggest going on something like FaceBook Marketplace or Craigslist to find a cheap laptop to dedicate to this purpose. Just because it can technically be done, doesn't mean it'll be headache free. The extra $200 you'll spend on a junk laptop for this will be well spent IMO.
