i recently up graded ram in my main computer and want to see if i can use the old ram in my server pc. the ram sticks are

2 8GB sticks and its the samsung Gskill ddr4-2133 f4-3000c16-8gtzr

the pc i want to put them in is

lenovo thinkcentre 3306G2U it has the intel i5 3470 and the main board is the lenovo mahobay

No, your Sandy Bridge I5 won't support DDR4. It was a few years out.
