This video is going to help you find out what's the best pre workout meal for you. I've also included 4 pre workouts that I have personally tried out for months, with the hardest hitting pre workout I've ever tried. So make sure you watch till the end of video if you want a hard hitter. I normally take my pre workout half hour before I train and an hour after I eat a high protein and carb meal. Remember when using a pre workout you test your tolerance, and please do not even think about taking a pre workout if you have any medical problems to do with your heart etc. I recommend having half a scoop with any pre workout just to see how you feel. I HIGHLY recommend you don't have more than 400mg of caffeine in one serving, it's just not needed.
