Always seen these videos flooding YouTube, so I thought to make my very own full day of eating on a bulk.

This is a pretty simple bulk diet, pretty cheap also. The meals are fairly easy to get down, and we only eating 5 meals though out the day. I work night shifts, so my times are abit random, but I've had to make it work, and it work fine.

I've just kick start my channel, and I'll be now uploading every week, so maybe worth subscribing. You can turn bell notifications on if you want to never miss a video. My videos will be getting better every time. "Hopefully"

Nutrition facts

100g oatmeal 50g weight gainer with 400ml milk (760cal, 40g protein, 100 carbs, 11g fat, 21g sugar)

3 scrambled eggs, 100g oats with 400ml milk, 1 banana, 21g honey, 13g extra virgin olive oil, 1 onion (1000cal, 33g protein, 95g carbs, 29g fat, 37g sugar)

1 large chicken breast (180g -190g cooked) 300g cooked pasta, 125g pasta sauce, veg (624cal, 63g protein, 90g carbs, 11g fat, 6g sugar)

100g weight gainer 100g oats with 500ml milk (1012cal, 60g protein, 132 carbs, 4g fat, 2 sugar)

Total - 4020cal, 259g protein, 507g carbs, 66g fat, 76g sugar.

I spend no more than £40 a week on all that food
