I'm getting my little brother a pc for his birthday, we are going to build it. Looking to keep it around $1000 usd. I want to build him a pc he can game on right away but buy his own solid gpu later. I know the 6500xt is frowned upon in the community but that's about the only fit for a full build. He wants to play cod, rust and gta 5 rp. This is the build I came up with and I want to know if this is the best way to go or if anybody would suggest any changes. Thanks

CPU- i5-11400F
Mobo- ASUS ROG STRIX B560-A gaming
Ram-NEO Forza FAYE-classic 32GB ddr4 3600
GPU- ASRock phantom gaming D Radeon Rx6500xt gddr6
Case-phanteks eclips p360 atx
PSU-Cooler master 550w
Storage-TeamGroup T force cardea 1TB PCle gen 4 ssd
Cooler-Deepcool gammaxx 400 V2

My main concerns are is he going to be able to play any of the games listed with this setup right away and is this setup something decent he can throw a 6600xt or maybe even a 3060ti in the future and get good 1080p quality. Any suggestions are welcomed, this setup is right around my price point at $1050usd.

Would I be better off just going with a prebuilt?

Here is a different build I came up with that I think will suit me better with further proofing a little bit with 12th gen Intel processor. All he needs is an upgraded gpu and I think this would be a great build for him. What do y'all think?

[Minimum post requirement for links]

Not in list:

PCU- EVGA V1 80+ bronze 650w
Cooler- Vetroo V5 air cooler 150W

This build saves $50 as well.

Thanks for any feedback!
