Hello ,currently looking for a name change on twitch and wanna see if I could get a logo that fits the new brand, its gonna be called "Aardog"
and want it to somehow include a cool picture of a hound dog (simplistic design) but that being the main idea of the logo

You are not going to find anyone decent willing to make a logo for $10-$15. Maybe if all you are after is a string of text you will get away with a $10-$15 budget but an original logo idea takes a lot of time and effort.
