When i start up my pc, the task bar is unresponsive and non of the program icons load on it, and i cannot press the windows key on my keyboard to open it up. However, this only happens when my razr keyboard is plugged in (huntsmen mini). anyone know why this is happening?

Does it show up in processes in task manager?
If not, i may have to look into it because that's odd.

If it is, try ending process in task manager, open run {Win Key + R}, type in explorer.exe and try running it again.

This may only be a temporary fix.

it was showing, and i did restart it after seeing your comment about checking for it. funny enough, i uninstalled razr synapse and unplugged the huntsmen, restarted my pc with my corsair keyboard and sure enough it was working like normal. so im thinking it may have something to do with synapse.

My line of thinking is that the explorer wont start until everything in the "start up folder" (the programs that run on start up, not sure if thats the actual folder name) is ready to start and synapse just takes a while to start. I could be wrong, and probably am wrong. But thats just what i think.

I used to have the same issue with a HyperX kb, but opening NGENUITY would correct the problem which was annoying to do. It might have been Synapse that caused it thinking back on this; I initially removed Synapse to try to stop OpenVR from crashing consistently- if it worked at all- and throwing me back into the Rift UI. It worked.
