| Need a good program to edit music and another to edit videos with. Going be using them on a Samsung Galaxy Book Flex2 |

I always go with Fruity Loops for mixing music. Kinda confusing interface at first but once you learn it it's pretty cool. Lots of presets and plugins to mess around with.
Official FL Studio Webpage As for video editing, I would recommend Adobe Premiere, I used it a lot in highschool in Media class and once you figure it out (lots of yt tutorials) it is a good tool to edit videos.
