Honestly, you have a pretty good team. Any major improvements to that team at the moment we're talking the likes of Messi, Mbappe, Icons etc.. However here's what I would do with your balance and current players.

Your midfield is solid but when I used Pogba I found that although he was technically brilliant his pace let him down far too often. I'd suggest getting Kante as he's a much more defensive mid. His passing isn't spectacular but with Kante you're just looking to make the tackle and play out.

I'd then swap in De Jong on the right side CDM. This isn't where he play in game. Then we're looking at your CAM/AM, Depay is having a great season so I see his OTW getting better over time and with the 5 star skills he's really fun to use.

I'm not sure on your knowledge of custom tactics however I would have this team switch to a 4-1-2-1-2(2) narrow formation in game. Play kante as your soul CDM, set to stay back. Diaby LCM, set to basic and cover wing. De Jong RCM, set to basic and cover wing. Then I would play Dembele CAM set to stay forward. Depay and Benzema strikers both set to stay forward and Benzema set to Get In Behind.

This works great for me, when i first started using this I thought it would be way too narrow and i'd get shredded on the wings however I find my CM's drift wide and cover wing is very effective.

If you have fodder to use I would recommend POTM nkuku he can play anywhere on the pitch and would fit in nicely for Pogba. I can't stand Pogba in this fifa but thats just my personal opinion.
