You are unable offer account recoveries without a sticky as it is against the rules. You also can't list PayPal as a payment option as it causes issues for TTG which is why it is against the rules to include it in your thread.

  • Paid sticky topics can provide recovery services that require account login credentials (username, email, password).

  • PayPal and Venmo cannot be listed as accepted payment methods.
