Glad to hear that my man. I battle with depression/anxiety too and its hard. I deal with it so bad I take ativan and xanz just to relax and cope. Its rough man, especially in this world now!

With anxiety comes overthinking and once you overthink, your mental starts to get worse. That is why i do therapy, it gives you tools to conquer your thoughts! If i need meds then ill probably get back on them. I was on lexapro, intuniv and concerta.
